Order Replacements & Warranty Claims
At LaptopZone, we take pride in offering high-quality laptops, smartphones, and accessories to customers across Pakistan. While we carefully inspect every product before dispatch, we understand that technical issues or order discrepancies can sometimes occur.
To provide a secure shopping experience and ensure your peace of mind, we offer a 7-day replacement policy and limited-time warranty coverage on select products. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand how to claim a replacement or warranty service.
1. Warranty Policy
At LaptopZone, warranty is provided only during special promotional periods or on selected products, as mentioned at the time of purchase. If a product comes with a warranty, its duration (such as 7-day check warranty, 1-month store warranty, or 1-year manufacturer warranty) will be clearly stated on the product listing, invoice, or verbally communicated at the time of sale.
We offer two types of warranties:
- Check Warranty: This allows you to check the product for any faults or defects upon delivery. If any issue is found within the specified time (usually 7 days), we will offer support or replacement, provided the product is returned in original condition.
- Brand/Manufacturer Warranty: For products that carry official brand warranties, customers can claim warranty services through authorized service centers.
Note: If no warranty is mentioned at the time of purchase, the product will be considered as sold under a check warranty only.
2. Replacement Policy – Valid for 7 Days
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, not working, or different from what you ordered, you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery via call, WhatsApp, or email.
- The product must be returned in unused, original condition, along with all packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards (if provided).
- A mandatory unboxing video is required as proof in case the item is found damaged, dead-on-arrival, or not as described.
- The item will undergo an internal inspection before approval for replacement.
- In case the same product is not available in stock, we may offer an exchange or refund.
Replacements will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Water or heat damage
- Misuse, mishandling, or modification of the product
- Missing accessories or damaged packaging
3. Shipping, Pickup & Return Guidelines
Customers are required to ship the product back to LaptopZone if a replacement or warranty claim is approved. The customer will bear the return shipping charges unless the fault lies at our end (e.g., wrong product sent, product dead on arrival).
After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the product to verify the reported issue. If everything meets the conditions, a replacement product will be dispatched, or a resolution will be offered based on product availability and warranty terms.
For products covered by brand/manufacturer warranty, we recommend contacting the official service center listed in the product manual or warranty card for faster service.
Important Notes:
- Always keep your invoice/receipt safe as it is required for any warranty or replacement claim.
- We recommend you record an unboxing video for every order to ensure transparency and serve as evidence if any issue arises.
- Warranty does not cover software issues, data loss, or compatibility with third-party accessories or apps.
